What should I do if I receive AutoSSL Expiry Notification

You will receive an AutoSSL Expiry Notification when your domain AutoSSL is going to expired.  First, you may check your domain SSL status via  https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html  by entering your domain and click "Check SSL". If your domain SSL is expired, please submit a ticket to our support team for checking. If you wish to disable AutoSSL Notification, may follow instructions below :  1. Log into cPanel ( http://www.YourDomain.com/cpanel ). 2. Go to "Preferences" menu. 3. Click on "Contact Information". 4. Under Contact Preferences, untick "AutoSSL certificate expiry" and "SSL certificate expiry" : 5. Click Save.

SSL purposes

If you are creating a web-based form where you want the visitor to enter data and submit the form to the web server for processing, you may want to use SSL (secure socket layer) encryption service.This is especially true if you are entering credit card numbers or other sensitive information.  When using SSL service, as the data is transmitted from the client's browser to the web server, all information on the form is encrypted.
